‘Home’: More Raca’s Film To Premiere In Raindance Film Festival. Award winning female director More Raça highlights the social-economic problems facing women through her work, some of those issues are shared in her heartfelt film Home, which she both directed and wrote. This mesmerising film stars Xheljane Tërbunja and Sunaj Raça, who also starred in the Oscar nominated film Shok.
Hava’s brothers decide to divide their paternal property. According to traditional customs, the right to inheritance belongs to male descendants only whereas Hava has no right to inherit. The eldest brother is obligated to find a husband for his sister. Hava must be married and live at her husband’s house.

Kosovar Writer/Director More Raça has released three short films The Journey, Amel and Home. This talented director has won numerous awards for her work including; Best International Student Award at Silk Road Film Festival (Dublin), Best Screenplay Award at Asterfest International Film Festival (Macedonia), Jury Special Mention at Durres International Film Festival (Albania), Special Award for Human Values at Telova International Film Festival (Macedonia), EuroSig Award at Balkan Film Festival (Albania), Special Jury Prize at Fano International Film Festival (Italy), Audience Award at Cortolmola Film Festival (Italy), Special Prize Audience Award at International Women’s Festival (Armenia) and Best National Film at Skena Up Film Festival (Kosova). Through her work Mora Raca focuses on social-economic issues concerning women and is actively engaged with the promotion and protection of women rights in Kosovo.
