We are here to help you simplify issues with our Reverse Auction System when it comes to looking at work, but never know why you received it, or consumers facing a difficult decision of selecting a Builder, saving time on submitting quotes, preventing complications when the time comes in choosing the lowest bid. With our automated system, these issues simply do not happen and protects you as the Client and the Trader saving both money and time while being protected under the Contract.
Choose from builders to bid, approved traders to bid, or traders to submit reasonable quotes for the jobs. Once the auctions ended, the Client has the option to either wait or start with the project. Use the many tools available: the daily diary log recording progress, payments made, the Change Request where builders submit a change, highlighting additional costs or times required from you and simply accept or reject the change. Having a dispute and need third party assessment use the Dispute Centre, we are always ready for action.
