Actor Kevin Costner is threatening ‘Yellowstone‘ Producers at the Paramount Network with a lawsuit. Kevin claims that he is owed $12 million for a yet to be filmed season 5 after Paramount walked away from negotiations.

“It’s a little disappointing that it’s the No. 1 show on television and I’m not participating,” said Costner “I’ll probably go to court over it.”

Yellowstone is Paramount Network’s most-watched drama on television.
