Unconditional Bail For Kevin Spacey Who Denies Sexual Assault Allegations

Hollywood actor, Kevin Spacey today was in the Westminster Magistrate’s Court for a hearing on a case of sexual assault charges filed against him in London, United Kingdom.

The sexual misconduct allegations against Spacey date from between 2004 and 2015 when he was the artistic director of The Old Vic Theatre in Central London, United Kingdom.

The actor has been given an unconditional bail and the Deputy District Judge Tan Ikram has set a date for Spacey’s next appearance on July 14th at the Southwark Crown Court for a plea and a trial preparation hearing.

The charges are:

  • Two counts of sexual assault on a man, who is now in his 40s, in March 2005 in London.
  • Sexual assault on a man, who is now in his 30s, and causing him to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent, in August 2008 in London.
  • Sexual assault on a man, who is now in his 30s, in April 2013 in Gloucestershire.

The allegations are made by three men who became a victim of sexual misconduct and harrasment by Kevin Spacey between the years 2005 and 2013, when he was the artistic director of The Old Vic Theatre in London
