THE BEAT BENEATH MY FEET SELECTED TO COMPETE AT 65th BERLIN INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL 2015

Scoop Films announces that it has been selected to screen its latest feature film The Beat Beneath My Feet at the 65th Berlinale – The Berlin International Film Festival.

The film, which features a stand-out performance from former Beverly Hills 90210 heartthrob Luke Perry, will hold its International Premiere at the prestigious festival from 5th-15thFebruary 2015, following sold out screenings at London’s Raindance Film Festival and subsequent nomination for a British Independent Film Award.

TheBeatBeneathMyFeet_1_RGB (2048x1084)The film will compete for a Crystal Bear in the Generation 14plus competition at the festival, which features cinematic works that are thematically and aesthetically linked to the experiences of young people. The awards are judged by a specially selected panel of 14-18 year old the film enthusiasts.

The Beat Beneath My Feet is a heartfelt comedy drama set in London, directed by John Williams in his first feature, and starsLuke Perry, Lisa Dillon and introduces newcomer Nicholas Galitzine.

The Beat Beneath My Feet continues to screen at Clapham Picturehouse, London and will screen at BAFTA, Piccadilly, London on 21st December.
