It is official now that Martin Scorsese‘s film ‘Killers of the Flower Moon‘ will be having its World Premiere at the 76th edition of the Cannes Film Festival 2023. The film will be screened on 20th of May in the Grand Theatre Lumiere. Along with Director Martin Scorsese, cast members attending the World Premiere will be Leonardo De Caprio, Robert De Niro, Jesse Plemons and Lily Gladstone.
Based on David Grann’s best-selling book and written for the screen by Eric Roth and Martin Scorsese, Killers of the Flower Moon is set in 1920s Oklahoma and depicts the serial murder of members of the oil-wealthy Osage Nation, a string of brutal crimes that came to be known as the “Reign of Terror”.
