The newly renovated Richmond home of Spider-Man star Tom Holland has been revealed in new photographs. Tom bought the property in 2018 and in 2020 after six planning applications, the refurbishment works started. Tom is planning to move into the £2.5 million home with his girlfriend Zendaya in the near future. The renovation was entirely funded from the £15 million he earned from the six Marvel movies he did as Spider-Man. Up until now, Tom had been living with his comedian dad Dominic and photographer mom Nicola in a nearby property in West London.

The three-storey property features a bay window, an arched porch and new sash windows. The roof has been repointed with slate tiles. The overgrown foliage over the doorway has been removed to make the property look cleaner and the wooden gate has been replaced with an electric one. An orangery has also been added in the back for a beautiful garden view. There will also be a cinema, sauna and a games room within the new rear extension. Tom has also been granted permission for a bigger basement and a timber-clad garden room.

Tom and Zendaya first met on the sets of Spider-Man and since then have been romantically involved and have been seen together at many events around the world.
